Please check out my 1st sizzle reel. I'm not a video editor so some of the video quality is pretty low, but you can get an idea of my experience with both location sound and sound design. Also, since it is on YouTube the dynamic range is much smaller that a theatrical release. Please note that I have completed sound design for a feature film entitled Broken Church, but since the director is still looking for distribution I couldn't include it on my reel. Enjoy!
Give It Time is a romantic short film with a Christian perspective. I did all of the location sound and postproduction for it back in 2021. The writer, director and cast are all local to the Branson, MO area and worked at Sight & Sound Theatre where I used to run sound. The film highlights the depth of talent located in the Southwest MO area!
Monopoly Heist is the very fist film that I did sound for back in about 2011. It also was written, directed and cast with people from Sight & Sound Theatre. Please be aware that part way through there is a frame of static with a burst of noise at 2:23 that the producer wasn't able to get rid of when uploading it to YouTube. Not sure why...
Other Films I've done:
Dreaming At Dawn short film (In final stages of postproduction). It is a faith based short film in which a young woman suddenly finds herself in a beautiful dream world where she meets familiar strangers while on her journey.
Broken Church is the first faith based feature film that I have worked on. I did roughly half of the location dialog recording and all of the sound design/audio postproduction. Since the producer is still searching for distribution I can't show any clips at this time.
